With nearly 20 years of experience in teaching and counseling, Dr. Jemmabel S. Macaranas is a highly qualified and dedicated professional in the field of education and guidance counseling. Registered as a Guidance Counselor and licensed as a Professional Teacher by the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) in the Philippines, Dr. Jem brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to students and professionals alike. In addition, she holds approval from the Abu Dhabi Department of Education and Knowledge as a Social Worker and Career and University Guidance Counselor in the United Arab Emirates.

Criselle C. De Leon

Ms. Criselle joined TPGS in 2025 as a Career and University Guidance Counselor, bringing with her a strong foundation in psychology and a deep commitment to promoting the well-being of all school stakeholders. She earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology in the Philippines and successfully passed the Board Licensure Examination for Psychometricians. She is also a licensed civil servant, having qualified through the Civil Service Examination for Professionals.
